Terms for using MilkTrak.

Accepting these terms

By accessing the MilkTrak website or using a MilkTrak app, you agree to these terms and the applicable privacy policy. If you use MilkTrak for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

What MilkTrak provides

MilkTrak is a rapid milk-screening solution. Depending on the strip and account, it can guide testing, interpret a strip image, store a result and synchronize records to an enterprise dashboard. Features may differ between consumer and enterprise versions.

Screening, not a final laboratory conclusion

MilkTrak is intended for screening and quality-control support. Follow the bottle label, storage limits, wait time and in-app instructions for the exact strip being used. Where a result is disputed, unusual or legally significant, use an appropriate confirmatory laboratory method.

Your responsibilities

• Use genuine, unexpired MilkTrak strips and the correct colour reference card.
• Provide a suitable sample and follow the stated test process.
• Keep account credentials secure and ensure submitted records are accurate.
• Use the service only for lawful milk-testing and quality-management purposes.

Enterprise use

An organization may configure users, locations and access to its MilkTrak Enterprise account. Users must follow that organization’s policies. The organization is responsible for deciding who can access its test records and for keeping its account information current.

Accounts and service availability

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, meet legal requirements or maintain the service. Offline features, synchronization and dashboard availability depend on the device, network and account configuration.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the apps or website, bypass security, reverse engineer protected components, submit unlawful content, access another organization’s records without permission, or use MilkTrak in a way that could harm the service or another person.

Intellectual property

MilkTrak branding, software, strip-reading methods, content and documentation are owned by or licensed to the relevant MilkTrak entities. These terms give you a limited, revocable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.

Third-party services and purchases

Google Play, Shopify, payment services and other third-party services have their own terms. Orders placed on the MilkTrak Shopify store are governed by the policies shown on that store and at checkout. See our store policy directory.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website and apps are provided on an “as available” basis. We are not responsible for a result affected by incorrect sampling, expired or poorly stored strips, unsuitable lighting or imaging, unsupported devices, failure to follow instructions, or interrupted connectivity. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms when the product, law or operating model changes. The revised effective date will appear above. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
