Who this policy covers

The MilkTrak website and product are operated by Infarmsys Technologies Private Limited. The MilkTrak mobile apps are currently published on Google Play by Rural Mandi Fintech Private Limited. This policy explains how information is used when you enquire about, purchase or use MilkTrak.

Information you provide

• Contact and organization details submitted through a website enquiry.
• Account or profile details used to access a MilkTrak app.
• Milk test records, notes and operational information entered in the app.
• Messages and support requests sent to our teams.

Information used by the apps

The apps may use the camera and photos to read a MilkTrak strip. They may collect location, test time, user and device details so a test can be traced to where and when it was completed. Results may be stored on the device while offline and synchronized when a connection is available.

The Google Play data-safety disclosures for both apps state that the apps may collect location, personal information, and photos and videos; that data is encrypted in transit; and that no data is shared with third parties. Google Play disclosures may change as app features change.

How we use information

• Provide strip reading, result history, cloud sync and enterprise reporting.
• Respond to enquiries, arrange demos, prepare quotations and provide support.
• Maintain product security, diagnose faults and improve reliability.
• Meet legal, accounting and audit requirements.

We do not sell personal information. Service providers may process limited information on our behalf to host, secure or deliver the website and apps.

Enterprise accounts

If your employer or dairy provides your MilkTrak Enterprise account, that organization may control the account and view test records created for its operations. Ask your organization about its internal access, retention and employee privacy practices.

Website enquiries and store purchases

Website enquiries are validated and delivered to our authorized sales inbox using Resend. Purchases made at shop.milktrak.in are processed through Shopify and are also covered by the MilkTrak store privacy policy.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide the service, support a business relationship, maintain required records or resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You can manage camera and location permissions in your Android settings. You may also ask to access, correct or delete personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements. App publisher policy

The app listings also link to the BharatMandi privacy policy. If a publisher-specific term conflicts with this page, the policy identified in the relevant app listing applies to that app.
